Remote Hive is a growing offshore staffing agency that connects U.S. businesses with top talent from Latin America. Founded by Miriam Ovadya in 2022, the company helps clients fill roles ranging from administrative assistants and customer service representatives to software developers and construction estimators.

In just two years, Remote Hive has placed more than 80 professionals across a wide range of industries - many of whom become embedded, long-term team members for their clients. As the company scaled, managing global payments quickly became a challenge.

“When I started, I was paying everyone manually through Remitly or Zelle,” Miriam explains. “It was fine when I had five people, but once I got to fifteen, it became a nightmare. Transfers would get blocked, I’d hit sending limits, and it was impossible to track everything.”

Finding a scalable solution
