That’s why we built the Features catalog: a central place to explore everything available in Plane, get access to beta features like Plane Agent and Workforce Planning as soon as they’re ready, and hide features that aren’t relevant to your team.

Easily turn on beta features

The Features catalog is where our newest features land first. Before something becomes generally available, you can opt in and start using it while it's still in beta; no waiting for a wider rollout. Recent additions you can enable today include:

Plane Agent: Your AI-powered teammate that does your back-office work for you, right in Slack.
Offers: Craft, send, and track offer letters directly in Plane, so you don’t have to jump to another platform.
Workforce Planning: Plan ahead by modeling future headcount and seeing the fully-loaded employer cost, including salary, payroll taxes, and statutory payments.

Enabling a beta feature does two things at once. You get hands-on with the newest part of Plane, and you and your team get to help shape where it goes next. Our product team is always eager to hear your feedback, especially when it comes to beta features. Just reach out to our team; your feedback directly influences where these features go.

More control over your Plane workspace

Not every team needs every feature. If your team doesn't need Time tracking, for example, you can switch it off so it doesn’t clutter your navigation. The Features catalog gives you a clear inventory of what's available and lets you turn off what you don’t need, so your workspace reflects exactly what you use.

Where can I find the Features catalog?
To access the Features catalog, log into your account and click on Features in the lower left of the sidebar menu.
Who can enable or disable features?
Plane admins can enable or disable features.
Will turning off a feature delete my data?
No. Disabling a feature hides it from your interface; it doesn't delete anything. You can re-enable it at any time.
Why can’t I disable some of the features?
Some features, such as Payments and HR, are listed in the Features catalog but are always on, since they are integral to the Plane platform.
Are beta features ready for production use?
Yes. They’re ready for everyday use, and we’ll keep improving them based on your feedback.
Do beta features cost extra?
Not today. Beta features are included for all plan levels at no extra cost. Some features may have additional pricing in the future as they mature, and we’ll let you know before anything changes.
How do I share feedback on a beta feature?
