- First, you’ll need to register with the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services through their online registration form. You can also register for your Workers’ Compensation account through this form.
- Next, you’ll need to fill out the Out of State Employer Questionnaire, and email, fax, or mail it back to the Department of Workforce Services.
