- First, you’ll need to register with the North Dakota Office of State Tax Commissioner via the Taxpayer Access Point. After you’ve signed up, you will be mailed an authorization code which is required the first time you log on.
- Next, you’ll need to create an account with UI EASY, Job Service North Dakota’s unemployment insurance employer account system.
