You can now track requests for time off in Plane, using our new Time Off feature. This feature enables administrators and managers to review and approve time-off requests directly in Plane, eliminating the need for a separate system to track time off.
What kinds of time off can I track?
You can select from a wide variety of time-off types, depending on your company’s policies. Types of time off that you can choose include:
Paid time off
Vacation
Sick time off
Parental leave
Personal time off
Bereavement
Jury duty
Military leave
Medical leave
How much does the Time Off feature cost?
Nothing! There’s no cost to add the Time Off feature to your Plane account.
Does this feature automatically sync up with Plane's payroll feature?
The Time Off feature is currently for managing and tracking time off only, and it is separate from Plane's payroll feature. The ability to manage accruals and time-off balances is not available yet.
